EPR Fireworks Raises Strategic Investment

EPR Fireworks, a Jacksonville, FL-based provider of cloud-based software for fire and EMS agencies, has received a strategic growth capital investment.

The investment was led by Frontier Growth, which joins EPR as a minority partner and a member of the board.

Founded in 1999 in Charlotte, NC, Frontier Growth focuses on strategic partnerships with founder-led vertical SaaS firms and has invested in more than 30 companies.

Tim Bechtold, Partner at Frontier Growth, will join EPR’s Board of Directors.

The company will use the funding to further develop its core Records Management System, launch new integrated features for incident reporting and compliance, expand its customer support team, and pursue targeted marketing to reach more fire and EMS agencies nationwide.

Founded in 2016, EPR Fireworks provides a comprehensive, unified Records Management System (RMS) platform specifically engineered for fire and emergency medical services agencies. The company’s browser-based solution delivers complete operational support, including incident reporting, compliance management, pre-planning, inspections, and advanced analytics capabilities. With NERIS V1 compatibility and over 270 pre-configured forms, EPR Fireworks serves approximately 500 agencies across 35 states.
