EverSettled Raises $5M Seed
EverSettled, a San Francisco, California-based developer of an AI-driven estate settlement and probate automation platform, has raised $5 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Seedcamp, Bridge Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Entrepreneurs First, and Transpose Platform.
The company intends to use the capital to accelerate its strategic hiring pipelines across engineering, marketing, growth, and legal divisions, expand its product capacity to handle complex multi-state estates, and scale its core machine learning architecture.
Founded within the Entrepreneurs First venture studio and led by CEO and Co-Founder Arum Kempster, EverSettled provides a specialized digital probate infrastructure designed to streamline estate administration tasks. The company uses agentic AI models, including its 24/7 AI probate assistant Sage, to automate debt tracking, asset location, and subscription cancellations across the United States.
