Feedelity Raises €510K in Funding
Feedelity, a Ghent, Belgium-based AI-powered feedback management platform, has raised €510,000 in funding.
The round was backed by private investors, including Gilles Mattelin, Jorn Vanysacker (Henchman), Wouter Fransoo (Delaware), Robbrecht Delrue (Smartendr), as well as venture funds Newschool VC and Scalefund.
The company will use the funds to expand the team, develop products, and increase marketing activities as it scales.
Founded in 2025 by Martin Vander Ghinste, Achilles Demey, and Henri Coorevits, Feedelity provides an AI-powered feedback management platform to efficiently manage, analyze, and automate online customer feedback. The solution centralizes review from multiple channels, enables semi-automated responses, flags urgent issues, and aggregates review data to provide actionable insights for customer support teams and sales managers. Since launching in March 2025, Feedelity has attracted established hospitality brands, including Panos, Hawaiian Pokebowl, and Pureto.
