Fluency Raises $40 Million in Series A

Fluency, a Burlington, Vermont–based digital advertising operating system for scaling paid media operations across all major channels, has raised $40 million in Series A funding.

The round was led and fully funded by Integrity Growth Partners, a growth equity firm focused on founder-led, bootstrapped technology companies. Based in Los Angeles, the firm typically invests between $10 million and $100 million.

Integrity Growth Partners will join Fluency’s board as a strategic partner.

The company will use the funds to expand its automation and agentic AI capabilities, deepen integrations with publishers and technology partners, and accelerate product development across its closed-walled digital advertising operating system.

Founded in 2017, Fluency is an adtech company that provides a unified operating system that allows users to manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other demand-side platforms.
