Flux Raises $5M Seed
Flux, a Boston-based engineering intelligence platform, has announced a $5 million funding round. The company provides a code-first platform designed to give engineering leaders visibility into codebases, helping them track technical debt, security risks, and team productivity in an era of AI-driven software development.
This round was led by Calibrate Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in deep tech and machine learning. Additional investors include True Ventures and Glasswing Ventures.
Flux plans to use the capital to deepen its AI-powered analysis of complex codebases, expand its capabilities to link AI transformation to business metrics such as cost, quality, and security, and grow its go-to-market and engineering teams.
Founded by Ted Julian, Flux provides a code-first engineering intelligence platform that replaces manual ticketing systems with real-time insights derived directly from source code. The platform enables leaders to connect engineering activity to business outcomes, identify risks, and manage technical debt effectively.
