Forgent AI Secures €4.3 Million Pre-Seed

Forgent AI, a Berlin, Germany-based AI company, has raised €4.3 million in a Pre-Seed funding round.

The round was led by Cherry Ventures, with participation from angel investors who include Charlie Songhurst, Katrin Suder, and experts from OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepMind.

The company will use the funds to grow its team, expand into new verticals, and advance AI agent technology.
