FormX Secures ¥130 Million Seed Funding Round

FormX, a Tokyo-based SaaS startup providing an AI-powered disclosure platform, has raised ¥130 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by Genesia Ventures (via Genesia Venture Fund 4), with participation from Chiba Dojo Fund and several individual investors.

Genesia Ventures, Inc. is an independent venture capital firm that invests in and provides management support to pre-seed and seed-stage startups. Its primary investment regions are Japan and Southeast Asia (including Indonesia and Vietnam), with a recent expansion into India.

The company will use the funds to recruit engineers, enhance its disclosure platform, strengthen security, and expand partnerships with design partners.

Founded by Tokinori Tokita, FormX develops an AI-powered disclosure platform designed to streamline financial and investor relations reporting for listed companies, IPO-preparing firms, and auditing firms. The platform automates drafting, translation, and XBRL submission of disclosure documents, driving greater transparency and efficiency in corporate reporting.
