Fundvis Secures €2.12 Million in Funding

Fundvis, a Luxembourg-based fundtech company, has secured €2.12 million in a pre-Seed funding round.

The round was backed by a mix of private shareholder investment and public funding, comprising €1.12 million from existing shareholders and €1 million via the Luxembourg Young Innovative Enterprise (YIE) programme. Martin Vogel, Kneip Management, Alessia Lorenti, and Frame also participated in the round.

The company will use the funds to advance product development, build AI infrastructure in Luxembourg, expand across European markets, and grow its teams in AI, technology, marketing, and sales.

Founded in Luxembourg, Fundvis is an AI-powered fund oversight platform designed to help regulated financial institutions digitalise and automate oversight workflows. Its solution supports onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and regulatory reporting, while integrating with third-party systems such as DocuSign, LuxTrust, and CSSF eDesk through API connectivity. Headquartered in Luxembourg, Fundvis serves a broad client base that includes banks, insurers, asset managers, AIFMs, law firms, and private equity firms.
