General Magic Raises $7.2M Seed Round

General Magic, a Toronto, Canada–based AI company that builds proactive AI SMS agents specifically for the insurance industry, has raised $7.2 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Radical Ventures, with participation from a16z Speedrun, Figma VP Brendan O'Driscoll, and Larry James Erwin from OpenAI.
