Giga Raises $61 Million in Funding

Giga, a San Francisco, California-based AI company redefining how people interact with customer support, has raised $61 million in funding.

The round was led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Nexus Venture Partners.

Redpoint Ventures is a venture capital firm founded in 1999. Based in Menlo Park, California, with additional offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Beijing, and Shanghai, the firm invests in seed, early, and growth-stage companies. Redpoint’s investment focus spans enterprise software, consumer internet, fintech, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The funding will be used to expand Giga’s technical team, accelerate go-to-market growth, and scale enterprise deployments of its AI-powered support platform worldwide.
