Gradium Raises $100M Seed

Gradium, a Paris-based startup that provides advanced voice AI models, has secured a total of $100 million in its seed funding round. This latest injection of capital allows the company to reach the milestone after reopening the round to new investors.

The seed round includes Nvidia alongside existing investors FirstMark Capital, Eurazeo, DST Global Partners, Eric Schmidt, and Xavier Niel.

The company plans to use the capital to open a new office in the Bay Area, aiming to attract top talent and strengthen its presence within the primary global AI ecosystem.

Founded in 2024 as a spin-out from the French AI lab Kyutai, Gradium is led by co-founder Neil Zeghidour. The company specializes in the development of audio models designed to deliver voice at scale with ultra-low latency, enabling AI agents to provide near-instantaneous responses.
