Graphite, a New York, NY-based AI-powered code review platform, has raised $52 million in Series B funding,

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Anthropic’s Anthology Fund, Menlo Ventures, Shopify Ventures, Figma Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and The General Partnership. This brings Graphite's total raised around $81 million.

Accel is a global venture capital firm investing in early-stage and growth-stage tech companies. The firm focuses on sectors like technology, consumer products, SaaS, fintech, and healthcare. With offices in Silicon Valley, London, and Bangalore, Accel offers capital, strategic guidance, and a vast network to help companies scale globally.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its growth, further develop Graphite’s AI-powered code review tools, and expand its product offerings.
