The round was led by Accel, with participation from Anthropic’s Anthology Fund, Menlo Ventures, Shopify Ventures, Figma Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and The General Partnership. This brings Graphite's total raised around $81 million.

Accel is a global venture capital firm investing in early-stage and growth-stage tech companies. The firm focuses on sectors like technology, consumer products, SaaS, fintech, and healthcare.
