Graphon AI Raises $8.3M Seed

Graphon AI, a San Francisco-based developer of a pre-model intelligence layer for enterprise AI, has announced $8.3 million in seed funding.

The funding round was led by Arvind Gupta of Novera Ventures. Additional participants in the round include Perplexity Fund, Samsung Next, GS Futures, Hitachi Ventures, Gaia Ventures, B37 Ventures, and Aurum Partners.

Graphon AI plans to use the new capital to continue building its relational representation layer and to expand its platform capabilities for enterprise customers looking to improve the reasoning and accuracy of their AI models.

Founded by former researchers and engineers from companies including Amazon and Meta, Graphon AI focuses on creating a pre-model intelligence layer that captures data connections across multimodal formats. Their product enables foundation models to reason over unlimited and persistent context, moving beyond the limitations of standard token-based context windows.
