Guardz Raises $56 Million in Series B

Guardz, a Miami, FL-based AI-native unified detection and response platform for managed service providers (MSPs), has raised $56 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by ClearSky, with participation from new investor Phoenix Financial and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners, SentinelOne, Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, GKFF Ventures, Lumir, and others.

ClearSky is a venture capital and growth equity firm managing around $1 billion in capital commitments. It invests in transformative companies specializing in energy transition technologies and disruptive cybersecurity solutions. ClearSky supports innovative businesses in bringing impactful technologies to market, generating positive global impact and strong returns for its partners.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its U.S. expansion, grow its R&D operations, and develop the next generation of its cybersecurity platform with natively built controls, including 24/7 detection and response capabilities.
