H2LooP Raises $2M Seed

H2LooP, a Bengaluru, India-based startup building verification-first AI infrastructure for system software, has secured $2 million seed funding round.

The round was co-led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital, with participation from strategic angel investors across the semiconductor ecosystem.

The capital will be used to expand the company's footprint in regulated and IP-sensitive industries, accelerate the development of its domain-specific AI models, strengthen its verification and reasoning stack, and invest in building enterprise-grade and defence-ready deployments.

Founded by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agarwal, H2LooP provides verification-first AI infrastructure designed to help engineers navigate complex hardware-software interactions. The company focuses on making system software reliable, verifiable, and deeply aligned with hardware in mission-critical environments such as semiconductors, automotive, and industrial IoT.
