Hamilton AI Raises $7.5M Seed Round

Hamilton AI, a New York–based AI workflow and execution platform for private aviation, has raised $7.5 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by TTV Capital, with participation from Bling Capital, Cambrian Ventures, FJ Labs, Weekend Fund, Mintaka Ventures, Correlation Ventures, and HF0.

TTV Capital is a venture capital firm with over $750 million in assets under management. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Atlanta, the firm focuses on investing in early-stage fintech companies and backs startups working in areas such as payments, banking infrastructure, lending, and financial software. In addition to funding, TTV provides strategic guidance and industry connections.

The funding will be used to expand data pipelines, enhance engineering capabilities, and accelerate product development for its AI execution platform.

Led by CEO Wouter Witvoet, Hamilton AI is building an AI-powered workflow and execution platform for the private aviation industry. The platform centralizes fragmented workflows, such as quoting, scheduling, dispatch-adjacent operations, and compliance-sensitive processes, into a single deterministic system designed for regulated, high-stakes environments. Founded in 2024, Hamilton serves U.S.-based commercial operators managing complex fleets. Key customers include Baker Aviation, Craft Aviation, and Jetvia.
