Hostie Raises $12M Series A

Hostie, a San Francisco-based company providing an AI-powered virtual concierge for restaurants, has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $16 million.

This round was led by Obvious Ventures. Participating investors include Gradient, Scribble Ventures, Burst Capital, Behind Genius Ventures, Tim Stannard of Bacchus Management Group, and Stuart Brioza, Nicole Krasinski, and Elizabeth DePalmer of Atomic Workshop.

Hostie intends to use the capital to accelerate product development and grow its leadership team, including new hires for its sales and marketing departments. The funding will also support the company's broader vision of transforming how restaurants connect with guests across every communication touchpoint.
