HousApp Closes €4.3M Seed Round
HousApp, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based AI-powered platform helping real estate agents work more efficiently, has closed a €4.3 million seed funding round.
The round was led by venture capital firms Arches Capital and Antler, alongside a group of angel investors.
The company will use the funding to accelerate product development, support company growth, and hire top engineering talent to expand HousApp's AI-native platform.
HousApp is the Netherlands' fastest-growing proptech platform, helping real estate agencies work more efficiently through AI-powered software and workflow automation. Founded in 2025, HousApp's AI-native platform automates administrative work across the entire real estate transaction. Used by more than 2,200 real estate agents, clients include Beumer, Schieland Borsboom, and Von Poll Real Estate.
