iDWELL Raises €10 Million in Funding

iDWELL, a Vienna, Austria-based company specializing in property management, has raised €10 million in funding.

The round was led by Knight Capital, with participation from existing investors Flashpoint Venture Capital and Wecken & Cie.

Knight Capital is a Northwestern Europe-based investment firm focusing on industry-specific software sectors, including real estate, healthcare, and (semi-)public organizations.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate its growth, invest in a smarter property management platform, and expand its range of services and service providers.

Founded in 2017 by Alexander Roth, iDWELL is a proptech company that provides a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to optimize property management. The platform centralizes property management functions, enabling streamlined communication, task management, and tracking of maintenance requests and documentation. The company currently serves over 1.5 million property units and over 750 customers across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
