Inherent Laboratories Raises $50M Seed
Inherent, a London, UK-based AI lab, has officially emerged from stealth mode, announcing a $50 million Seed funding round.
The funding round was co-led by Index Ventures and Radical Ventures, with participation from NVentures, Ex/Ante, Metaplanet, Macroscopic Ventures, and Mythos Ventures.
Inherent plans to use the capital to support the ongoing development of its AI lab operations and expand its research and engineering efforts as it emerges from stealth.
Founded in 2026, Inherent is a London-based artificial intelligence laboratory focused on developing foundational AI models and technology solutions. Its flagship platform, Faraday, is designed to help scientists and researchers explore new questions and unlock discoveries across a range of scientific disciplines.
