InsiderCX Raises €1.5 Million in Funding
InsiderCX, a Varaždin, Croatia–based AI-driven platform designed to enhance patient experience in healthcare, has raised €1.5 million in funding.
The round was led by GapMinder, with participation from Silicon Gardens Fund and existing venture partners.
GapMinder is a venture capital firm focused on high-growth B2B technology startups in Romania and Southeast Europe. Leveraging its €80 million Fund II, the firm typically leads Seed and Late Seed rounds, with initial investment tickets ranging from €500,000 to €2.5 million.
The funding will be used to accelerate growth across European markets, expand AI capabilities, and support product development for healthcare providers and insurers.
Founded in 2022 by Nikola Komes, InsiderCX is an AI-powered patient experience platform that enables healthcare providers and insurers to collect actionable feedback across the patient journey. The platform uses AI to identify experience gaps, address complaints, automate analysis of open-text feedback, and convert positive patient experiences into online reviews. Operates in six markets, InsiderCX serves major hospitals, dental groups, insurers, and international healthcare chains.
