InvoiceQ Raises $1.2M in Pre-Series A

InvoiceQ, a Jordan-based SaaS provider specializing in e-invoicing and integration solutions, has raised $1.2 million in pre-Series A funding.

The round was backed by Jordanian investors such as Oasis 500, Orange VC, Flat6Labs, and Natej Soft, alongside several angel investors.

The new funding will enable geographic expansion into Oman, Egypt, the UAE, and the wider GCC.

Founded in 2020 by Muhannad Tobal, Fadi Al-Jabali, Amer Ayyad, and Mohammad Baseet, InvoiceQ provides SaaS solutions for e-invoicing and integration. The company offers digital invoicing systems designed to help businesses manage and exchange invoices efficiently while complying with local tax regulations. InvoiceQ operates in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, has issued over 50 million invoices, and serves over 250 clients across various industries.
