Jack & Jill Raises $20 Million in Seed Round
Jack & Jill, a London, UK-based AI-powered recruitment platform, has raised $20 million in a Seed funding round.
The round was led by Creandum, a European early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Berlin, London, and San Francisco. The firm backs companies from Seed through Series A (and sometimes beyond) across sectors such as consumer tech, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, AI, and enterprise applications.
The company will use the funds to expand its operations into the U.S. market and enhance its AI-driven recruitment platform.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Matt Wilson, Jack & Jill is a recruitment platform that leverages conversational AI to transform how people search for jobs and how employers find talent. The platform features two integrated components: Jack, an AI assistant for applicants that conducts a 20-minute interview and matches them with relevant roles, offering mock interviews and coaching, and Jill, an employer-facing tool that profiles open roles and highlights the most suitable candidates. With nearly 50,000 users in London, Jack & Jill aims to reinvent the recruitment process from the ground up using conversational AI.
