JetStream Security Raises $34M in Seed Round

JetStream Security, a Santa Clara, CA–based AI governance platform for enterprises, has raised $34 million in Seed funding.

The oversubscribed round was led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, and angel investors including George Kurtz, Assaf Rappaport, and Frederic Kerrest.

Redpoint Ventures is a multi-stage venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, managing over $4.5 billion in assets. Founded in 1999, the firm provides deep operational support to founders across the SaaS, fintech, and consumer sectors, from Seed through growth stages.

The company will use the funding to support the expansion of its engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
