The company plans to enhance its AI capabilities to refine risk identification, improve legal reasoning, and fully automate legal due diligence processes. The funds will also support its expansion across Europe through the growth of its commercial team and strategic partnerships.

Founded in 2023 by Jorrit Willaert and Jasper De Moor, Jurimesh is an AI-driven due diligence platform designed to streamline the process for M&A lawyers. It integrates with data rooms, using advanced AI-powered document recognition and Large Language Models to identify risks, suggest recommendations, and generate due diligence reports.
