K25.ai Raises $6M at $100M Valuation

K25.ai, a Singapore-based AI-native livestreaming and prediction market platform, has secured a US$6 million strategic investment. The capital infusion, which includes a recent US$4 million commitment, values the company at US$100 million.

NewGenIVF Group Limited, a Nasdaq-listed entity focusing on strategic exposure to AI-powered infrastructure, is the sole investor in this strategic funding round.

K25.ai plans to use the capital to accelerate its product development, expand its licensing efforts, and drive its regional expansion roadmap across the Asia-Pacific market.
