KOKKANLOGIS Secures Seed Funding Round

KOKKANLOGIS, a South Korea-based startup that provides an AI-based freight brokerage platform, has secured seed funding.

The investment was from 500 Global.

Founded in 2010, 500 Global is a venture capital firm with over $2.7B in assets under management that invests in founders building fast-growing technology companies. The firm is based in San Francisco, California.

The company will use the funding to further develop and expand its AI-based platform, Primo.

Founded by Jayeong Kim, KOKKANLOGIS focuses on digitizing freight transportation to support more efficient and transparent freight transactions. The company offers AI-based freight brokerage platform, called ‘Primo,’ provides various services to shippers and drivers, leveraging AI and big data technologies to enhance the logistics experience. Primo offers shippers a variety of services, including smart freight order registration through multiple methods, AI-powered dispatching, transport fare suggestions based on big data, real-time freight tracking, electronic receipts, and freight transport PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
