Kustomer Raises $30 Million in Series B

Kustomer, a New York–based AI-powered customer service platform, has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round.

The round was led by Norwest, with continued participation from Battery Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Boldstart Ventures.

Norwest is a multi-stage investment firm managing over $15 billion in capital, investing in early- to late-stage companies across consumer, enterprise, and healthcare sectors. Since its inception, Norwest has invested in more than 700 companies and currently partners with over 250 companies in its venture and growth equity portfolio. The firm has offices in Menlo Park and San Francisco, California; Mumbai, India; and Tel Aviv, Israel.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its AI-native platform development, launch new AI-driven features, expand internationally with localized support and go-to-market teams, and enhance transparency, personalization, and automation in customer experience (CX) workflows.
