Lamp Raises Additional ¥350M in Series A

Lamp, based in Japan, a developer of the takeout reservation management system Take Eats and the AI-powered food and retail platform Ritel, has secured an additional ¥350 million in funding as part of its Series A round, bringing the total raised in this series to ¥1.05 billion.

The additional funding was from Mizuho Bank and the Japan Finance Corporation.

The company plans to use the capital to expand the functions of Take Eats and Ritel, strengthen the integration between its product suite, enhance service delivery, and support organizational growth and recruitment efforts.

Lamp operates Take Eats, a specialized reservation, payment, and order management system for restaurants, and Ritel, an AI platform that integrates customer data from apps, e-commerce, and POS systems to automate strategy execution in the food and retail industries.
