LatentForce Raises $1.7M Seed Round

LatentForce, a Bengaluru, India–based AI-native platform for large-scale enterprise code migrations and software modernization, has raised $1.7 million in a Seed round.

The round was co-led by Ideaspring Capital and Yali Capital.

Ideaspring Capital is a Bengaluru-based venture capital firm founded in 2016 that specializes in early-stage “deep tech” and B2B enterprise product innovation. Managing over ₹250 crore (~$30M) across two funds, the firm primarily targets Indian startups building proprietary, IP-heavy technology for a global audience.

Yali Capital is a Bengaluru-based venture capital firm founded in 2023. The firm specializes in India’s burgeoning “deep tech” ecosystem. It invests in early-stage (Seed/Series A) startups and, in some cases, late-stage (Series D+) companies with a clear path to IPO.

The funds will strengthen LatentForce’s proprietary migration models and support expansion across India and globally.

Founded in 2024 and led by Aravind Jayendran, LatentForce builds agentic AI systems focused on large‑scale code migration and enterprise legacy modernization. The company leverages task‑specific AI models and automation to help organizations transform legacy codebases into modern, maintainable architectures. Its technology combines proprietary migration models, structured migration pipelines, and verification systems to reduce the cost, risk, and time associated with large‑scale modernization projects.
