Launchpad.build Closes Funding Round

Launchpad.build, an Irwindale, CA-based U.S.-based technology company specializing in AI-driven robotics and automation, has closed a strategic funding round.

The investment was from Lockheed Martin Ventures.

Founded in 2007, Lockheed Martin Ventures is the corporate venture capital investment arm of Lockheed Martin based in Bethesda, Maryland. The firm prefers to invest in artificial intelligence, autonomy & robotics, cybersecurity, human potential, materials & manufacturing, next-gen electronics, power & propulsion, quantum technologies, sensor technologies, signals & communication tech, space technologies, and synthetic biology.

The company will use the funding to support its goal of creating groundbreaking, automated, and scalable solutions for agile and responsive manufacturing.
