LeapXpert, a New York-based provider of governed communication intelligence software, has secured $180 million in a growth funding round. The company specializes in integrating enterprise-grade governance and AI analytics into consumer messaging channels like WhatsApp and iMessage to ensure enterprise conversations are actionable and compliant.
This funding round was led by Riverwood Capital. Portage Ventures also participated in the round.
