LexDo.it Raises €1.7M Pre-Series A

LexDo.it, a Milan, Italy–based digital platform for starting and managing new businesses, has raised €1.7 million in a pre–Series A round.

The round included selected business angels, with participation from Invitalia, Viceversa, and notable investors such as Roberto Spada, Luca Orsini, and Roberto Lombardi.

The funding will be used to expand the team and accelerate the technology roadmap, including AI- and automation-driven features.

Founded in 2015 by Giovanni Toffoletto, LexDo.it is a digital platform that provides entrepreneurs with end-to-end tools for launching and managing businesses. The platform supports online incorporation, accounting, contracts, consultancy, and access to professional services, bank accounts, POS systems, and grant financing. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, LexDo.it serves over 400,000 users and has enabled the launch of more than 6,500 businesses.
