LightTable Raises $22M Series A

LightTable, a Denver, Colorado-based AI-native center of intelligence for pre-construction, has raised $22 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Innovation Endeavors, with participation from Blackhorn Ventures, DivcoWest Ventures, and 9Yards Capital, as well as existing investors Primary Venture Partners, MetaProp, and Banter Capital.

LightTable plans to use the new capital to scale its flagship QA/QC product, expand its team across all functional roles, and accelerate the development of new tools to support growth across the United States and international markets.

Founded in 2025 and led by CEO and co-founder Paul Zeckser, LightTable is an AI-native pre-construction intelligence platform focused on helping architecture, engineering, and construction teams improve design coordination and reduce costly project risks. Using multimodal AI trained on construction drawings and specifications, the company automates QA/QC reviews to identify errors, inconsistencies, and coordination gaps before projects move into construction.
