Linker Finance Raises $5M Seed

Linker Finance, a Pasadena-based fintech startup providing a modular growth platform for community banks, has secured $5 million in additional Seed funding. This latest capital infusion brings the company's total funding to $8.7 million, following a previously announced $3.7 million round.

The funding round saw participation from existing investors including Chingona Ventures, Ten One Ten Ventures, Audaz Capital, and Angeles Investors. The round also included a new strategic investment from 22nd State Banking Company.

Linker Finance plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development across its retail banking, business onboarding, and business banking segments. The investment will also support the expansion of its proprietary Agentic AI Customer Intelligence layer, known as Grandir, as well as the scaling of its multi-rail payments infrastructure, which includes new cross-border and stablecoin-enabled capabilities.

Founded with the mission to serve as a growth engine for community banks, Linker Finance provides a unified digital platform that helps financial institutions grow deposits, streamline customer onboarding, and launch modern retail and business banking experiences without requiring a core conversion. The company allows community banks to deliver branded digital services while maintaining their relationship-driven business model.
