Liquid Raises $2.1 Million in Seed Round

Liquid, a São Paulo, Brazil–based AI-powered infrastructure platform for credit decisions in Brazil’s real estate market, has raised R$12 million (US$2.1 million) in a seed round.

The round was led by SaaSholic, with participation from Flourish Ventures, Honey Island by 4UM, and Crivo Ventures.

SaaSholic is an early-stage venture capital (VC) firm and community focused on the software-as-a-service (SaaS) sector in Latin America. The firm invests in early-stage SaaS and AI-SaaS startups in the Latin American (LatAm) market.

The new capital will help Liquid scale its platform as it aims to become the invisible infrastructure behind all housing finance transactions in Brazil.

Founded by Thiago Yaak, Luiza Ribeiro Caram, and Odair Mofato Jr., Liquid is a fintech company that provides AI-driven infrastructure to power credit decisions across Brazil’s real estate market. It automates credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and liquidity management, helping companies optimize revenue, reduce risk, and make data-driven decisions. Headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, Liquid serves over 50 developers, funds, and banks, including notable clients such as Direcional, Conx, Imcasa, BRZ, Moura Leite, and Arie.
