Lissi Raises €3.5M in Funding

Lissi, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a software provider for the integration of EUDI wallets into digital processes. The company recently secured 3.5 million euros in a funding round to expand its EUDI wallet integration capabilities and support financial sector compliance.

The round was led by European venture capital firm Ventech, with participation from BM H Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen, alongside existing investors main incubator (Commerzbank Group) and Ninepointfive Ventures.

Lissi intends to use the capital to expand its EUDI Wallet Connector Suite and develop a new Software Development Kit (SDK). This technology aims to help financial institutions integrate identity wallet functionality directly into existing mobile applications to meet upcoming EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation requirements.

Founded in 2019, Lissi is a European provider specializing in EUDI wallet connections and verifiable credentials. The company, co-founded by Sebastian Bickerle, Helge Michael, and Adrian Doerk, provides identity infrastructure solutions that allow financial institutions to maintain control over customer data while ensuring eIDAS compliance.
