Loopia Raises $1.2M Seed
Brazilian startup Loopia, a developer of AI-powered automation solutions, has successfully closed a $1.2M seed round. This investment follows a previous $670K pre-seed round raised in February 2025.
This round was led by Parceiro Ventures, with participation from existing investors Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders, and BVC Latam.
Loopia plans to utilize the newly raised capital to enhance its product development, expand its list of platform integrations, strengthen its commercial operations team, and scale its enterprise customer base. The company aims to grow its business fivefold within the next 18 months.
Founded by Tiago Vailati, Loopia provides an AI agent platform that automates customer service, marketing, and e-commerce workflows. The software integrates with major platforms including WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
