Loopia Raises $650K in Pre-Seed Round

Loopia, a Brazil-based provider of an AI-driven customer support platform, has raised $650,000 in pre-seed funding.

The investment was led by Funses I, with participation from Ace Ventures, BVC, and Questum.

Funses 1 is a venture capital fund managed by Quartzo Capital, established with resources from Espírito Santo's sovereign fund. The fund invests in early-stage technology companies, particularly those with ties to Espírito Santo.

The company will use the funds to expand its commercial operations, develop its AI technology further, and hire strategic talent.

Founded by Tiago Vailati and Anderson Fantini, Loopia offers an AI-driven service platform designed for e-commerce sellers and marketplaces. It centralizes and automates communication across multiple channels, helping e-commerce businesses manage customer interactions effectively. Loopia is leveraging cutting-edge AI and integrating with major platforms like Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Shopee. Its proprietary AI, Luna, automates customer interactions, identifies and prioritizes emergencies, and enhances the customer support experience.
