Lumin Digital Raises $115M in Funding

Lumin Digital, based in San Ramon, California, a provider of a cloud-native growth platform for banks and credit unions, announced more than $70 million in new investment from the company's clients. This follows a recent $45 million growth equity financing led by Light Street Capital, bringing the company's total fresh capital raised to more than $115 million. The latest investment values Lumin Digital at $1.6 billion.

This funding round was led by Light Street Capital. Additional participants included fifteen of the company's existing financial institution clients.

The newly raised capital will be used to support the company's product innovation roadmap, specifically accelerating advancements in artificial intelligence, payments, CRM, and lending capabilities within its unified digital banking platform.
