Mago Raises €1.5 Million in Funding

Mago, a Paris, France-based company that utilizes AI to transform and stylize video, has raised €1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round.

The round was led by Atlantic Labs, a venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany. Since 2013, they have led over 150 first-round investments.

The funding will help Mago expand its team and accelerate development ahead of its 2025 market launch.

Founded by Alvaro Lamarche Toloza and Aleksandr Spirin, Mago provides AI-powered tools for transforming and stylizing videos. Its software allows creators to apply various visual styles—such as animations or oil paintings—to live-action footage and 3D animations. Mago enables creators to transform and stylize videos with professional-grade quality. The software is offering SaaS and on-premise options.
