Matia Secures $21 Million in Series A

Matia, a Tel Aviv, Israel–based unified AI-native data operations platform, has secured $21 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding to more than $31 million.

The round was led by Red Dot Capital Partners, with participation from Leaders Fund, Secret Chord Ventures, Cerca Partners, Caffeinated Capital, VelocityX, and angel investors including Karim Atiyeh, Udi Mokady, Amiram Schchar, Alex Pham, Raffi Kesten, and Abe Peled.

Red Dot Capital Partners is a Tel Aviv–based venture capital firm managing over $750 million in assets, specializing in scaling Israeli technology companies with high global potential. Founded in 2016 and backed by Singapore’s Temasek Holdings, the firm targets early-growth stage companies from Series A to C with proven product-market fit.

The company will use the funding to advance its unified platform and to scale go-to-market operations amid rising customer demand.

Matia is a unified data operations platform designed to bring AI-powered automation to data teams. Its platform combines data ingestion, observability, cataloging, and reverse ETL together in a single system designed for reliability and operational clarity. The company is also developing an AI data engineer to autonomously manage tasks such as pipeline creation, anomaly detection, and impact analysis.
