Minerva Raises $20M Seed

Minerva, a Brooklyn, New York-based AI platform for consumer marketing leaders, has launched publicly with $20 million in funding. The company provides software that helps marketing teams unify fragmented customer data, enrich it with proprietary insights, and execute end-to-end marketing workflows using AI agents.

The company also announced a collaboration with OpenAI to develop AI-powered marketing workflows.

The funding round included participation from The General Partnership, 8VC, Lingotto Innovation, Topology Ventures, and NBA Investments.

The company plans to use the capital to expand its engineering, research, and go-to-market teams, develop its self-serve platform, and expand into broader consumer categories beyond its initial focus in sports, hospitality, and financial services.

Founded in 2026 by Jackson Engles, Daniel Saedi, and Matthew Joseph, Minerva aims to empower marketing leaders by replacing manual data work and fragmented measurement with AI agents. The company helps brands unify and standardize their first-party data, enrich it with proprietary consumer insights, and use AI to create, analyze, and optimize campaigns at scale. Minerva works with leading consumer brands and organizations across sports, hospitality, financial services, real estate, travel, and other consumer sectors.
