MITO AI Secures $4.5M Pre-Seed Funding

MITO AI, a Madrid- and San Francisco, CA–based collaborative AI platform for video creation, has secured $4.5 million in a pre-Seed round.

The round was led by Paul Murphy at Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Kibo, Kfund, Sequoia, and A16Z scouts, LifeX, and angel investors, including five unicorn founders and executives from USV, Roblox, and GitHub.

The company will use the funding to accelerate the development of its collaborative AI platform, enhance professional-grade editing and AI orchestration tools, and expand its creative ecosystem for filmmakers and content creators.
