Moment Raises $78M Series C
Moment, a New York-based developer of an AI operating system for investment management, has raised $78 million in a Series C funding round. The company has now raised a total of $134 million to support its mission of providing a unified platform for wealth management firms.
The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Avra, and other existing investors.
Moment plans to use the new capital to continue scaling its AI operating system, which is currently used by firms managing over $10 trillion in collective assets to automate workflows like portfolio construction, tax-aware optimization, and compliance monitoring.
Founded by former quants and traders from Citadel Securities, Moment provides a modular AI operating system designed to replace fragmented legacy software in the investment management industry. The company serves major financial institutions, including Edward Jones, LPL Financial, and Hightower Advisors, by enabling safe, regulated AI-driven workflows.
