Moritz, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-native law firm, has raised $9 million in a seed round.

Institutional backers 20VC and Inception Fund participated in the round, alongside a group of individual investors. These individual investors included founders of Reddit, Instacart, Cruise, Dropbox, Gusto, and Runway, as well as employees from ElevenLabs, Lovable, and OpenAI.
