Mycroft, a Toronto, Canada-based AI-native security and compliance platform, has raised $3.5 million in Seed funding.
The round was led by Luge Capital, with participation from Brightspark Ventures, Graphite Ventures, Ripple Ventures, Developer Capital, Antler, BoxOne Ventures, and strategic angel investors.
Luge Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on investing in financial technology companies and AI solutions for financial services. The fund is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with an additional office in Toronto. It invests in seed and Series A rounds.
The company will use the funds to advance its AI agent technology, enhance security and compliance automation, and expand its customer base.
