The round was led by Angels United, a notable angel group based in Vienna, Austria, founded in 2024. The group primarily invests in pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
The company will use the funding to expand its capabilities, broaden its product offering, and prepare for market entry into the Czech Republic and other European markets.
Founded in 2024 by Maggie Childs, Vít Lichtenstein, and Benjamin Wolf, mypaperwork is a software company focused on digitizing and simplifying residence and work permit applications across Europe. Its first commercial product, the “RWR+ Card Application Assistant,” was launched in April 2025 to support Ukrainians in Austria. Since then, the platform has expanded to cover additional permits, including the Red-White-Red Card, EU Blue Card, and student visas. Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, mypaperwork aims to become the digital backbone of Europe’s migration infrastructure.
