NanoCo Raises $12M in Seed Funding

NanoCo, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based startup focused on secure enterprise AI agents, has raised $12 million in a Seed funding round.

The funding round was led by Valley Capital Partners. Additional participating investors included Docker, Vercel, monday.com, Slow Ventures, Clutch Capital, Factorial Capital, and Clem Delangue, CEO of Hugging Face.

The company plans to use the new capital to scale its operations and support the launch of its professional AI assistant designed for enterprise organizations.

Founded in early 2026 by brothers Gavriel Cohen and Lazer Cohen, NanoCo is a company that specializes in developing NanoClaw, an open-source platform that enables AI agents to perform complex tasks on behalf of employees. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, NanoClaw’s agents are designed to perform tasks on behalf of employees, from drafting contracts and managing customer workflows for sales teams to reviewing code for developers.
