Narwhal Labs, a Bristol, England–based AI scaleup building an autonomous communications platform, has raised £20 million in funding.

Backed by UK investors, including Jonathan Swann.

The funding will be used to scale and enhance its DeepBlue OS platform.

Led by CEO Luke Sartain, Narwhal Labs is an AI company developing enterprise-grade agentic systems designed for regulated environments. Its flagship platform, DeepBlue OS, is an autonomous communications system that manages the full lifecycle of customer and citizen interactions across channels including voice, SMS, email, and messaging apps.
